Tara Glen Hall is an exclusive residential development of 10 family homes located on a spacious, private site in Navan. This project showcases the successful collaboration between Avanco Ltd Developments and LMC Siteworks, with a focus on sustainable infrastructure and aesthetic appeal.

For this development, permeable paving solutions were implemented to support effective drainage and environmental sustainability. The paving design features Birch 215x170x60mm blocks, paired with a Damson border, creating a visually appealing yet functional surface that blends seamlessly into the surrounding environment.

Permeable paving was selected to allow rainwater to filter through the surface, reducing runoff and contributing to natural water management—a crucial consideration in modern residential construction. The materials and layout not only enhance the durability and longevity of the outdoor spaces but also align with eco-conscious building practices.
