When Monaghan County Council were building their new state of the art C-TEK Building Monaghan, they needed a stunning paving design offering style and performance. The workspace, designed to support start-ups and encourage new enterprise consists of a two-storey building, offering 10,000 square feet of space with nine units.

During this project development, it was important that there would be no resting rainwater on both the car parking and entrance areas. Our Permeable paving allows rainwater to drain through the paving, avoiding the need for drains, retaining a stunning unbroken facade.

O’Reilly Barleystone Paving supplied our Permeable paving brick and Granite Flagstone offering a welcoming and elegant feel to the building’s front paving. The colours used for this project were a mixture of Damson and Birch, featuring Granite Flagstone in Black and Grey.
