Barleystone Paving worked with Aspect Design to deliver the paving for a residential development consisting of 27 semi-detached and detached residential dwellings at Swords, Co. Dublin.

The Glebe Hill development consisted of 1 detached five bedroomed house, 16 four bedroomed semi detached units and 10 three bedroomed semi detached units. Each property was to be provided with two parking spaces and because of its situation on Glebe Hill, drainage and water flow was the paramount factor in the choice of paving.  We were appointed to present an aesthetically pleasing yet practical paving solution.  We supplied our Permeable Paving in Birch with a Larchfield Damson Border.
